Just a quick e to express my thanks for your excellent service during my recent walk along the WHW. My bags arrived safely at my B & B each day which was well appreciated given that most days I would arrive at the accommodation looking a bit like a drowned rat!  Being able to shower and get into some dry clothes without any waiting was extremely satisfying.
